Sea Island is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Sea Island, GA. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $24 to $30 per hour. You will keep luxury rental homes in flawless condition so every guest walks into a five-star experience.

You bring at least three years of hands-on home or facilities maintenance experience

What You Will Do Each Day
Perform basic to intermediate handyman repairs across a portfolio of luxury rental homes
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general home system issues
Represent the Sea Island brand professionally during every guest interaction
Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
Document all work orders accurately using the maintenance app
Escalate complex issues to the Maintenance Manager with clear notes

What you'll bring
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in home or facilities maintenance; Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible
