About this role
A&F Souvenir is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, OH, paying $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. You will need a valid Forklift Certification, and you will handle receiving, order picking, and outbound shipping in a fast-moving facility that ships souvenirs to travelers, National Park visitors, zoo-goers, and museum visitors.
Who You Are:
You are dependable, the kind of teammate who shows up on time and does the job right every shift.
You take pride in getting every order exactly right, down to the last detail.
You bring a valid Forklift Certification.
You bring experience with picking systems and high volume shipping or receiving.
You bring the ability to read and write in English, plus the strength to lift 50 lbs unaided and stay active through bending, crouching, and lifting all shift.
You bring a high school diploma or GED and prior warehouse experience (both preferred).

What You Will Do Each Day:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming deliveries and supplies.
Store items accurately and keep inventory records up to date.
Pick and verify orders for quantity, size, and specifications.
Build and wrap pallets and stage orders at the loading dock.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move product safely.
Spot and resolve shipping, receiving, or storage issues as they come up.
