About this role
A&F Souvenir is hiring a Production Team Member in Cincinnati, OH. Pay runs $18 to $20 per hour, full time, with overtime eligibility. You will support pad printing, sublimation, and apparel printing teams by staging, packing, and quality checking souvenir products, and no previous warehouse or production experience is required.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Stage, prepare, and organize products for pad printing, sublimation, and apparel printing.
Pack and unpack merchandise for production and shipment.
Inspect products for quality and verify counts and order accuracy before packaging.
Keep workstations, inventory, and supplies organized, and production areas clean.
Support operators and lead team members while following production schedules and safety procedures.
Flag production or quality concerns to leadership and cross train across functions as needed.
