Customer Service Representative

Clean Squad is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Woodhaven, Michigan. You connect clients, cleaning specialists, and the office team, answering calls and texts, coordinating schedules, and helping new clients get their first cleaning booked.

• You are a natural, professional communicator who explains things clearly on the phone, by text, or in writing.

• You take pride in staying organized when several things happen at once, so nothing falls through the cracks.

• You are dependable. When you tell a client you will follow up, you follow up, without someone checking behind you.

• You stay positive and solutions-focused when a problem comes up, and you take ownership of it instead of waiting for someone else to step in.

• You bring comfort with computers, scheduling software, email, and texting platforms, plus a willingness to learn and take feedback.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and client messages.

• Explain cleaning services and scheduling options to prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads and help turn inquiries into new clients.

• Manage schedule changes, keep client records accurate, and work closely with the field team.

• Resolve client questions and concerns.
