You need a strong background in home services, outdoor lighting, or luxury sales, a dedicated insured vehicle, and a clean driving record, and you must live within [20 [Pending client input]] miles of Austin.

You are reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable when a property or a client's request is unusual.
You have experience selling to homeowners, HOAs, property managers, or businesses, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and a dedicated insured vehicle. Spanish is a strong plus.
Who We Are:
Warriors for Light installs professional holiday lighting for homes, commercial properties, and HOA entrances across the Austin area.
The crews custom fit commercial grade C9 lights to every roofline, and they also install permanent holiday lighting.
The company handles the whole job, from installation and maintenance calls to takedown by the third week of January and packing the lights for storage.
Warriors for Light is fully insured and focused on clean, safe work on every job.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Run onsite design consultations, day and night, for HOAs, commercial properties, and high-end homes.
Give day and evening presentations using sketches, photos, or mockups to show custom lighting designs.
Choose C9 lighting, permanent lighting, and add-ons like walkway, tree, and garage door lighting.
Follow up on online quote leads, and build proposals, estimates, and contracts.
Work with crew leads so the final design fits the client's budget, and walk large job sites before installation.
Work evenings and weekends when client appointments call for it.
