About this role
Wash Me Windows & Exterior Cleaning Services is hiring an Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning Lead Technician in Bristol, WI. Pay is $47,008 to $56,992 a year. This is hands on, physical work: climbing ladders and rooftops for pressure washing, window cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter work, and Christmas light installs, in any weather.
Who You Are:
You like physical work and can keep climbing, lifting, and moving all day.
You lead by example and take pride in a job done right, details included.
You are comfortable on ladders and roofs and can lift 75 lbs regularly.
You have two or more years in exterior cleaning or a similar trade, or you learn fast.
You have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and can work overtime when the season demands it. You also need to pass a background check.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Wash windows, pressure wash siding, clean roofs, and maintain gutters on homes and businesses.
Run pressure washing and window cleaning equipment from ladders and rooftops.
Move from job to job at a steady pace.
Direct crew members and hold the site to our safety protocols.
Install custom Christmas lighting during the holiday season.
