About this role
Join a growing exterior services company that takes pride in quality work, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a full-time Technician who can install Christmas lights through the winter season, perform gutter cleaning, and transition into exterior cleaning (window washing, pressure washing, etc.) in the spring.
If you’re hands-on, comfortable on ladders and roofs, and want steady, year-round work — this is for you.
What You’ll Do
Professionally install and remove Christmas lights on residential and commercial properties
Perform gutter cleaning, ensuring safety and attention to detail
Transition into exterior cleaning services (window cleaning, pressure washing, etc.) in the spring
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Work safely and efficiently, maintaining company equipment and vehicles
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience working on roofs, ladders, or similar exterior service work
Comfortable climbing and working on 32’ extension ladders (will be tested during the hiring process)
Clean, professional appearance and positive attitude — this is a customer-facing role
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to grow with a reputable local company
