Fast Layne Plumbing is hiring an Apprentice Plumber in San Tan Valley, AZ. You will support licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance while receiving hands-on, on-the-job training in plumbing systems, tools, materials, diagnostics, and job site safety.
Who You Are:
You are someone who enjoys working with your hands and is eager to learn a skilled trade from the ground up.
You take pride in showing up on time, being dependable, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done right.
You have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
You bring 0 to 2 years of plumbing, construction, or general labor experience, or simply a strong drive to break into the trades.
You bring a valid driver's license and the ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

We handle drain cleaning, pipe repairs, installations, and full plumbing services for residential and commercial customers.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and service calls under direct supervision.
Cut, prepare, assemble, and clean pipes and materials for plumbing jobs.
Perform general labor including digging trenches, breaking concrete, and preparing job sites.
Retrieve, organize, and manage tools, fittings, and materials for job tasks.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout each project.
Follow all company safety policies and support a safe work environment on every job.
