Location: Nashua, NH + surrounding Southern NH (Manchester, Bedford, Merrimack, Hudson, Amherst, Hollis, Derry, Londonderry, Concord) Employment type: Full-time, W-2 employee (not subcontract) Pay: Crew Lead — $28/hour · Apprentice Painter — $21/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift (overtime and occasional Saturdays available)

Honest Brothers Painting is a family-run residential painting company based in Nashua. We paint interiors, exteriors, and cabinets for homeowners across Southern New Hampshire — and we've built a 5-star reputation doing it, with a 3-year workmanship warranty behind every job.

Crew Lead — $28/hour
An Ideal crew lead is a seasoned vetran in their craft, looking to take on additional responsibility overseeing the daily operations of job site.
What you'll do
Lead a 2–4 person crew on residential interior, exterior, and cabinet projects
Set up and manage the jobsite: masking, protection, drop cloths, daily cleanup
Handle prep and repair — scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming, power washing
Cut in and spray, roll, and brush to a finish you'd be proud to show your own family
Communicate with homeowners professionally and keep the Project Manager updated on progress
Train and mentor apprentices on your crew
Walk the job with the customer at completion and make sure it's right
What we're looking for
3+ years of professional painting experience, residential preferred
Confident with spray equipment (airless and/or HVLP) and comfortable on ladders and staging
Able to read a scope of work and keep a job on schedule
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Someone the homeowner trusts on sight — respectful, clean, on time, no drama
Apprentice Painter — $21/hour
