About this role
Force Roofing Systems is hiring a Project Coordinator for our Chattanooga, TN office. Pay is $50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus bonus and a company vehicle. You will need a high school diploma or GED and working knowledge of roofing and siding. You will run residential roofing jobs from first measurement report to final certificate of completion.

You love working with numbers, and you keep records so clean nobody asks twice where a job stands.
You can hand the same scope to a vendor, a crew, and a builder and have all three get it.
You bring knowledge of project estimating and cost management, plus solid Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel skills.
You bring the ability to read drawings and specifications, the focus to juggle several priority jobs without close supervision, and a pre-employment drug screening you can pass. College or construction experience is a plus.
Who We Are:
We install and replace roofs on residential new construction and existing homes, plus repairs, siding, and gutters.
We serve the Middle Tennessee market from our Chattanooga office.
Our Project Coordinator hosts the weekly production meeting with superintendents and estimators.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Review estimates with sales reps and estimators, then set material quantities, colors, and roof specs.
Read measurement reports from Roofr, GAF QuickMeasure, EagleView, Hover, and Estimating Edge.
Watch the weather daily and reschedule crews and suppliers before conditions turn.
Order materials, verify supplier pricing, pay crews every Friday, and log proof of delivery.
Update the CRM, register warranties, and track job costs against budget.
