Office Assistant

Absolutely Clean Services is hiring an Office Assistant in Grand Rapids, MI. Pay runs $17 to $19 per hour based on experience. Most of your day is on the phone, scheduling and rescheduling appointments and keeping customers and field technicians connected, so strong computer skills with Word, Excel, and CRM software are a must.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Call customers to schedule and reschedule appointments.

• Communicate with technicians working in the field throughout the day.

• Support the Office Manager and General Manager with daily office tasks.

• Keep customer and scheduling records current in Word, Excel, and the CRM system.
