Above & Beyond Tree and Shrubbery Service Inc is hiring a Tree Crew and Equipment Operator in South Bend, IN. Pay is $18 to $27 per hour based on your experience. You need a valid driver's license and comfort working at heights on ladders, because this crew handles tree trimming, pruning, and removal work across the Michiana area.

Who We Are:
We are a tree care company serving South Bend and the Michiana area.
Our certified arborists handle tree trimming, pruning, removal, and emergency work.
We run tree work through the warm months and winter storm response after that.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Drag brush, feed wood chippers, and keep tree removal sites moving.
Support aerial operators on removals and trimming, then rake, blow, and clean up.
Trim, prune, and remove trees for homes and businesses across Michiana.
Operate loaders and other tree care equipment as you gain experience.
Clear snow and ice during winter storms, including some on call shifts.
