About this role
SSA Group is hiring a Part-Time Food Service Cook at Snook Haven in Venice, FL, paying $16.00 to $17.00 an hour. The role wants one to two years of food preparation experience and the flexibility to keep pace in a fast paced kitchen, including nights, weekends and holidays. You will cook menu items to recipe and keep your station ready through a full guest-facing shift.

You bring one to two years of food preparation experience, plus a food handler license if you already have one.
You bring the stamina to stand for a full shift, move boxes up to 35 pounds, and work nights, weekends and holidays as the schedule calls for.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and portion standards.
Complete prep lists before and during service.
Record temperatures and rotate product using safe food handling practices.
Restock your station and keep it clean throughout the shift.
Support other kitchen stations, including dish, when the shift needs it.
