About this role
SSA Group is hiring a Food Service Runner at Snook Haven in Venice, FL, paying $15.00 to $16.00 an hour. The role wants previous kitchen experience or equivalent training and the energy to keep pace during a fully booked shift, including nights, weekends and holidays. You will get finished orders to guests quickly while keeping the kitchen and front of house in sync.

You take pride in getting food to the table exactly the way the kitchen sent it out, staying organized even when something comes up.
You are a clear communicator who stays patient and positive under pressure, keeping the kitchen and servers on the same page during a rush.
You bring previous kitchen experience, culinary training or equivalent, plus a food handler license if you already have one.
You bring the stamina to stand and walk for a full shift, move boxes up to 35 pounds, and work the varied hours the schedule calls for.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Run completed orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
Confirm order details before every delivery.
Communicate with kitchen and service teams to keep orders on time.
Keep the runner station clean, stocked and organized.
Pass guest feedback and any quality issues to leadership.
