About the Role
We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members to help build pickleball courts across the region. As a Laborer at Pickle Pros, you’ll assist with site prep, concrete placement, overlay installation, and general construction tasks under the direction of the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, leveling, and finishing.
- Help apply court overlays, surfacing materials, and line markings.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
- Keep work areas clean and safe at all times.
- Follow direction from supervisors and work effectively with the team.
Qualifications
- Prior construction or concrete experience preferred (not required).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be punctual and safety-minded.

Founded in 2023 by avid pickleball players Patrick Johnson and Luke Hanley, Pickle Build Pros combines a passion for the game with deep roots in sports and construction. We create custom courts that solve the issue of limited playing space in Central Texas.
