About this role
Greenport Construction is hiring an Office Administrator at our San Rafael, CA office, paying $29 to $40 per hour. We need someone with strong computer skills who picks up new software fast and can commute to our San Rafael office. You will be the front face of the office, keeping communication, documents, and technology running for our project teams.

You bring strong computer skills and pick up new software quickly.
You bring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and you can commute daily to our office in San Rafael, CA.
Who We Are:
We build custom remodels, kitchens, and millwork for homeowners across the Bay Area, from Marin and Sonoma to San Francisco.
We serve mid to high-end residential and light commercial clients.
We document everything and overcommunicate so the office and field stay in sync.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Answer calls and emails and route them to the right people.
Keep physical and digital files current in Buildertrend and Google Workspace.
Track W-9s, 1099s, vendor accounts, lien waivers, and permits.
Manage company calendars and coordinate subcontractor paperwork.
Troubleshoot computer, printer, and software issues and set up new employee accounts.
Build and maintain spreadsheets, formulas, and tracking systems.
