About this role
Happy Santa Holiday Lights is hiring a Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NV. You receive a recoverable draw of $1,000 every two weeks, with a 5 percent commission on company leads and 10 percent on sales you bring in yourself. No holiday lighting experience needed, we train all of it. You do need a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle because you will be driving to properties most days.

You bring real availability on evenings and weekends from September through December.
You bring previous experience in door-to-door sales.
You have previous experience selling to retail business customers.
You bring background in home services, lighting, roofing, solar, or landscaping. (Preferred)

We light up homes and businesses across Las Vegas with custom-designed holiday displays.
We handle design, install, in-season maintenance within 24 hours, and removal, so the customer never touches a strand.
We use clip-less installs and professional-grade SMD LED lights.
We are expanding into commercial holiday lighting now, with permanent and landscape lighting launching soon.
What You Will Do Each Day
Answer and close the inbound leads our marketing generates.
Prospect commercial accounts across the valley through calls, drop-ins, networking, and referrals.
Run on-site consultations at homes and commercial properties.
Measure and quote lighting packages that are profitable and buildable.
Follow up on every open deal and keep your pipeline full.
Hand off cleanly to the install crews and stay with the customer through completion.

Your recoverable draw is $1,000 every two weeks. Commission earned above the draw is paid out to you, with no cap.
A typical residential project runs $1,500 or more, while larger residential and commercial projects can exceed $10,000. During peak season qualified leads will arrive quickly creating opportunities to close multiple sales each day and 10 or more sales during a strong week.
This Sales Representative role is seasonal and field-based, with a path to full-time and year-round as commercial and landscape lighting grow.
You build our commercial book from scratch and earn double the commission rate doing it.
We reimburse mileage for business travel.
