HIRING AT ALL LOCATIONS: Delray Beach, Tampa, Fort Myers, Orlando, Jacksonville, Pensacola & Tallahassee, FL

Are you ready to develop real-world leadership skills while learning the restoration industry from the ground up? As a Restoration Project Leader in Training, you’ll gain hands-on experience setting up jobs, conducting inspections, writing scopes, and learning how successful restoration projects are managed.

You’ll work alongside an amazing team of experienced restoration professionals who are invested in your growth. Through field-based learning and our proprietary industry learning and development program, you’ll build the technical knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to advance into a project leadership role.

What You’ll Do

This is a learning-focused role designed to give you broad exposure to restoration work and project management. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Learn in the field from experienced project leaders and restoration professionals

  • Develop an understanding of how restoration jobs are properly set up for success

  • Learn the fundamentals of conducting property inspections and identifying restoration needs

  • Gain hands-on experience creating clear, accurate scopes of work

  • Build foundational skills in planning, coordinating, and managing restoration projects

  • Develop restoration technical skills through guided field experience

  • Participate in our proprietary industry learning and development program

  • Learn how strong communication, organization, and teamwork contribute to an exceptional customer experience

  • Grow toward independently leading restoration projects

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and work on your feet

Previous restoration or project management experience is helpful but not required. We’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.
