Bath Fitter San Diego is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Consultant to help us continue transforming bathrooms across the Coachella Valley. Our customers love us because we deliver custom-fit, one-day remodels—and our team stays because we support them with training, quality leads, and a product that sells itself.

What You’ll Do:
Visit homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
Educate clients on our remodeling process and provide accurate, custom-fit proposals
Build trust and close deals using a consultative sales approach
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Represent Bath Fitter with professionalism and product knowledge
Attend occasional evening and Saturday appointments (no Sundays)
Compensation & Benefits:
Earning potential: $100,000–$250,000+ per year (commission-based)

Requirements:
At least 2 years of in-home sales experience (preferred)
A strong communicator who can build lasting customer relationships
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by hitting targets
Comfortable working independently and in people’s homes
Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed
Located within the Palm Springs / Coachella Valley area
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable with commission-based pay after training
