As a Commercial Service CSR, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $65,000/yr, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $3000 sign-on bonus! Responsibilities:
Answer calls, emails, and customer service requests.
Schedule and coordinate commercial service calls.
Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and job status.
Coordinate with technicians and project managers.
Maintain accurate customer and job records.
Assist with estimates, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications:
Customer service, dispatch, or office experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional phone manners and attention to detail.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or construction experience is a plus.
Service Titan experience preferred
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
