About this role
WI Paver & Concrete Care is hiring a Paver and Stamped Concrete Restoration Technician in Fond du Lac, WI. Pay is $25 to $32 hourly, based on experience. You need 3 to 5 years of hardscape, paver, or concrete experience, focused on restoration rather than new installs.
Who You Are:
You take pride in turning a worn surface into something that looks new, and you trace problems back to their real cause.
You are dependable, punctual, and trusted, solo or with a crew, and you notice details others miss.
You bring experience repairing and releveling pavers, restoring stamped concrete, and diagnosing drainage and base failures.
You bring knowledge of polymeric sand, sealing, ICPI or CMHA practices, and compact equipment.
You bring a valid license, clean driving record, and the strength to lift 75 pounds outdoors in Wisconsin weather.

WI Paver & Concrete Care repairs and restores pavers and stamped concrete across Central East Wisconsin.
Restoring a failed paver system or worn stamped concrete takes real skill, not just a pressure washer.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Remove, relevel, and repair damaged pavers, and diagnose base failures.
Clean and restore stamped concrete, fixing worn sealer, fading, and cracks.
Install polymeric sand and apply sealers to pavers and concrete.
Operate pressure washers, skid steers, plate compactors, and cut-off saws.
