Project Manager

Color Splash Painting is hiring a Project Manager in Hilton Head Island, SC. Pay is $70,000 base salary plus bonus. You'll need construction or trades project management experience and real experience managing subcontractors, because you'll run multiple painting projects at once, from kickoff through final walkthrough.

• You bring your own basic hand tools and can lift at least 50 lbs.

• You bring working experience with a CRM or project management tool.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Schedule and manage crews and subcontractors

• Run multiple projects at once, kickoff through final walkthrough

• Keep jobs on schedule and on budget, tracking labor, materials, and margins

• Communicate proactively with homeowners and coordinate with estimators and client coordinators

• Inspect work and correct issues before they ever become client problems

• Complete professional closeouts with full records and photos, and help turn happy clients into reviews and referrals
