About this role
Color Splash Painting is hiring a full-time Residential and Commercial Painter in Hilton Head Island, SC. Pay is $25 to $28 per hour, based on experience. We need someone with professional painting experience and at least one year leading a crew, a painter who can cut a clean line and leave a jobsite cleaner than they found it.

You are punctual and dependable. When you say you will be there at 8, you are there at 8.
You are coachable and low-drama. You take feedback, apply it, and keep the crew moving.
You are the teammate other painters want working the next wall over.
You bring reliable transportation, a valid license, and a clean driving record.
You bring your own basic hand tools.
You bring the ability to pass a background check and a paid working interview.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Prep surfaces, prime, and apply finish coats on interior and exterior jobs.
Cut clean lines and deliver full, even coverage.
Follow paint specs and sheen guides on every work order.
Protect customer property and leave the site clean at the end of each day.
