Your Mission

Build and lead the local lead generation engine for Panoramic Pro Painting. You’re not just “doing some marketing.” You’re owning the block one door, job site, and handshake at a time.

What You’ll Take Ownership Of

• Designing and executing local marketing strategy

• Direct-to-home canvassing and team leadership

• Turning every job site into three more through neighborhood presence

• Tracking results, testing new tactics, and adapting quickly

• Hire and manage a team of canvassers

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience door-to-door canvassing

• At least 1 year of experience leading a team

• Charisma, confidence, and natural presence

• Reliable transportation

• Commitment to door-to-door marketing (12+ hrs/week)

• Tech-savvy: comfortable with AI tools, spreadsheets, and CRMs

• Hungry to master sales, marketing, and leadership

• Outcome-driven, resilient, and growth-minded

• Ready to commit, this isn’t a side hustle or student gig
