SSA Group is hiring a Revenue and People Operations Supervisor at Snook Haven in Venice, FL, paying $24.00 to $25.50 an hour. The role wants five years of cash handling experience plus three to five years in administrative or cash room work, running the cash office, HQ reporting, hiring, and onboarding for the location.
Who You Are:
You are the calm, steady presence the cash office and team count on under pressure.
You take pride in records precise enough that nothing needs a second look.
You bring experience supervising others and supporting hiring, onboarding, records, or timekeeping, including I-9 compliance, in a busy, high volume operation.
You bring the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 to 50 pounds, and work nights, weekends, and holidays, and you are 18 or older.
You bring a valid driver's license if the role involves a company vehicle or golf cart.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Reconcile cash, complete daily HQ reports, and manage vendor invoices, flagging variances to management.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, from paperwork to uniforms, badges, and access credentials.
Support hourly hiring and keep timeclocks, attendance, and training records on track for payroll.
Supervise assigned team members, coaching cash handling and daily process execution.
