The opportunity
About this role
Connor's Pest Pros is hiring a full-time Pest Control Specialist in Springfield, VA, with a base salary of $57,500 to $90,000 per year plus commission and a $1,400 signing bonus. You will need current registration or certification as a pest control technician in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. (Registered Technician or Certified Applicator 7A). Your days are spent inspecting homes and businesses, finding what draws pests in, and building treatment plans that solve the problem for good.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Inspect homes and businesses to find pest activity and the conditions causing it.
Build and carry out treatment plans that fit each property.
Explain your findings and prevention steps in plain terms customers understand.
Build long-term customer relationships and suggest other services that make sense for them.
Keep accurate service records and safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
