About this role
SSA Group at The San Francisco Zoo is hiring a Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations Manager in San Francisco, CA. Pay runs $70,000 to $78,000 a year for two years of operations management experience and ServSafe or food handling certification. You will run food and beverage operations at the zoo with the Executive Chef.

You stay organized and think clearly under changing plans, with a head for numbers and merchandising.
You bring computer skills, stamina to stand and lift 35 pounds, and readiness for nights, weekends and holidays, 18 or older regardless of education.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Lead hiring, training and daily supervision for your team.
Partner with the Executive Chef on food and beverage quality.
Handle cash procedures, troubleshoot POS issues, and manage inventory.
Plan menus based on guest preferences, resolve concerns quickly.
