Practice Operations Manager

Private Pediatric Dental Group in Spring, TX, is hiring a Practice Operations Manager with a salary of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, plus a monthly bonus of up to $1,000. You will lead a multi-provider practice that serves children needing everything from routine visits to oral sedation, IV sedation, and hospital dentistry.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Oversee financial performance, collections, and monthly targets

• Partner with ownership on quarterly priorities and long-term goals
