Sales Manager

Private Roofing and Decking Company is hiring a Sales Manager in Kalamazoo, MI. This is a team leader role; not a player/coach role. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of sales experience and 1 year leading a team. On target earnings run $110,000 to $140,000+ with uncapped potential through base salary, commission, and bonuses.

• You bring experience with a CRM, or the drive to learn one quickly.

• You bring a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Train, coach, and develop your team to sell roofing and exterior projects on the spot.

• Coach the team to set and achieve meaningful goals.

• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps as you build out the team.

• Build the tracking and accountability systems the team runs on.

• Conduct ride alongs and have weekly accountability meetings.

• Coordinate between sales and operations so everyone stays informed.
