The Rooter Company is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Brea, CA, paying $25 to $30 an hour depending on experience. The role calls for someone who has worked in an office before and is comfortable being the first voice a customer hears on the phone. You will handle scheduling, invoices, and customer calls to keep a busy plumbing office running smoothly.

You are a natural communicator who makes every caller feel heard, whether about a leak or an invoice.
You take pride in getting the details right, from an invoice to a customer's exact address.
You love bringing order to a busy day, keeping a dozen jobs straight in your head at once.
You are the reliable one who shows up on time, follows through, and pitches in wherever needed.
You bring computer skills and the willingness to learn new software.
You bring a plus with plumbing, rooter, construction, or home service experience, or speaking English and Spanish.

The team serves Orange County communities including Santa Ana, Buena Park, Fullerton, La Habra, Anaheim, Orange, Yorba Linda, and Placentia.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Answer calls and respond to customer emails and inquiries.
Maintain customer and job records, and prepare invoices and estimates.
Process payments and assist with billing and accounts receivable.
Enter information in company software and keep paperwork and files organized.
Communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and management, and support day to day office operations.
