Residential Construction Superintendent / Foreman

Craftmark Construction is hiring a Superintendent or Foreman in Harbor Springs, MI. Pay runs $35 to $45 an hour, full time, onsite. You need 5 or more years of residential construction experience and background as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or Superintendent, running each job from the morning plan to a finished site.

• You bring strong residential carpentry and construction knowledge, the ability to read plans, and an understanding of how a project comes together from start to finish.

• You bring the leadership, organization, communication, and problem solving skills to run a crew, plus high standards for quality, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Keep the site safe and clean, communicate with the crew and homeowners, and close out each day with tools secured and tomorrow ready.
