About this role
Craftmark Construction is hiring a Superintendent or Foreman in Harbor Springs, MI. Pay runs $35 to $45 an hour, full time, onsite. You need 5 or more years of residential construction experience and background as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or Superintendent, running each job from the morning plan to a finished site.
Who You Are:
You are a natural leader who the crew looks to for the plan each day, keeping the jobsite organized and productive.
You take pride in craftsmanship, catch problems early, and hold every job to a high standard.
You bring strong residential carpentry and construction knowledge, the ability to read plans, and an understanding of how a project comes together from start to finish.
You bring the leadership, organization, communication, and problem solving skills to run a crew, plus high standards for quality, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Direct the crew, set the daily plan, and keep the jobsite organized and productive.
Track materials, deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections to keep the schedule on track.
Work alongside the crew when needed and hold every task to Craftmark's quality standard.
Keep the site safe and clean, communicate with the crew and homeowners, and close out each day with tools secured and tomorrow ready.
