Royal Coatings is hiring a Floor Coating Technician in Ottawa, ON. Pay is CAD27 to CAD40 per hour depending on experience, with a clear path from part-time to full-time as the crew grows. You will grind concrete, apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings, and turn bare garages and warehouses into floors that last.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Arrive on site by 7:30 to 8am and work alongside one or two crew members and the site lead.
Diamond grind concrete floors to prep the surface.
Patch cracks and imperfections before coating.
Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings.
Broadcast decorative flake or quartz into wet coatings.
Clean and load equipment at the end of the day.
