About this role
Putnam Coastal Painting is hiring Painters, Laborers, and Crew Leads in Kennebunk, ME, paying $20 to $30 per hour based on experience. You will work jobs from Wells and Kennebunkport up to Portland and Falmouth, putting down finishes that hold up on the Maine coast.
Who You Are:
You are a painter who takes pride in a finish that still looks right years after you left the site.
You believe the details matter, from prep and masking through the final coat.
You are a clear communicator who keeps homeowners informed and the crew working together.
You bring a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
You bring extra range if you have cabinet refinishing, spray finish, skim coating, or drywall repair experience, or if you speak English and Spanish.
Who We Are:
We have painted York County homes since 2014 and have finished over 500 of them.
We are a husband and wife run company, PCA accredited, licensed, and insured.
We never subcontract, so the crew that starts a project finishes it.
We use Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, and Johnson Paint, with Festool dust-free sanding and a 5 year workmanship warranty on every job.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Prep and apply premium finishes inside, outside, on cabinets, and on specialty work.
Keep jobs safe, clean, and on schedule.
Talk with homeowners and your crew so everyone knows the plan.
Mentor junior painters and set the standard on site.

Full-time onsite role at customer properties across York County and southern Cumberland County.
Company vehicle or vehicle allowance for crew leads.
Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.15pm.
