Heiler Painting is looking for experienced Subcontractor/Trade Partner crews in Philadelphia, PA. Partner crews typically earn [Pay] per hour depending on crew speed and quality. You will focus on the craft, performing residential interior, exterior, cabinet, and deck/fence painting, while Heiler Painting handles marketing, sales, estimates, scheduling, and customer communication.

What You Will Do Each Day
Perform high-quality interior and exterior residential painting including prep, priming, and finishing
Execute drywall repair, patching, sanding, caulking, and surface matching as outlined in job scopes
Deliver cabinet refinishing and deck/fence staining projects when assigned
Send daily photo updates and communicate job progress using your smartphone
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site on every project
Complete jobs on time and within the agreed scope
