What You’ll Do Each Day:
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, repair, grinding) to ensure proper adhesion
- Apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings to residential and commercial floors
- Maintain and organize tools/equipment for efficient workflow
- Collaborate with designers and customers to match flooring to project needs
- Follow safety and quality guidelines to deliver top-tier results

- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to lift up to 90 lbs
- Experience in surface preparation, epoxy and polyaspartic coating applications preferred
