About this role
Bright N' Shiny Services LLC is hiring a Technician in Mission Viejo, CA, paying $18 to $25 an hour based on experience plus performance bonuses. You will perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Who You Are:

You can lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work on roofs safely and confidently.
You love being active and have no problem being on your feet outside for a full 8-hour shift.
You bring a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean record with no felonies.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Perform professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning services.
Install Christmas lights during the holiday season.
Work safely on ladders and rooftops to clean gutters, roofs, and solar panels.
Start with window cleaning and then move into pressure washing based on performance.
Represent Bright N' Shiny with a professional, friendly presence at every client home.
Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly service goals.
Work extended hours including two Saturdays per month.
