About this role
Warriors for Light is hiring a Christmas Light Operations Manager in Austin, TX. You'll own the board, the install crews, and the revenue during holiday season across Travis and Williamson County. You need three or more years managing operations or a field team, ideally in home services or holiday lighting, plus hands-on experience with field service scheduling software.

You are a clear communicator who holds people accountable and keeps the crew glad to work for you through long seasonal days.
You stay organized when the day goes sideways and fix problems early, whether that's weather, a dead strand, or a missed install window.
You can run several install crews and job sites at once.
You have a high school diploma or GED (a business or operations degree is a plus), know Slack and Microsoft Teams, and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Who We Are:
Warriors for Light installs professional holiday lighting for homes, commercial properties, and HOA entrances across the Austin area.
The crews custom fit commercial grade C9 lights to every roofline, and they also install permanent holiday lighting.
The company handles the whole job, from installation and maintenance calls to takedown by the third week of January and packing the lights for storage.
Warriors for Light is fully insured and focused on clean, safe work on every job.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Schedule and dispatch installs, maintenance calls, and takedowns for residential, commercial, and HOA customers.
Monitor active jobs for updates, notes, photos, and accurate invoicing.
Confirm a supervisor is assigned to large commercial and HOA displays before the first crew rolls out.
Answer the field all day and check in with crew leads.
Review crew performance and deliver coaching and corrective action, including ladder and roof safety.
Lead operations meetings and work with the office on lights, materials, inventory, and customer escalations.
