Roofing Project/Production Manager

Whalen Exteriors is hiring a Roofing Project/Job Site Supervisor in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $26 to $32 per hour with overtime available. You will lead job sites, manage roofing, siding, and gutter crews, and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners from project start through final walkthrough for a company that has been in business since 1982.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Direct roofing, siding, and gutter crews to follow work orders and scope on every job site

• Perform on-roof inspections during active projects to catch issues early and execute punch lists immediately

• Coordinate material deliveries, trailers, lifts, and ladders and audit unused materials for return

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, managing expectations and conducting final walkthroughs

• Collect progress and final payments and handle change orders by identifying additional work and securing approval

• Enforce OSHA safety standards including tie-offs and ladder safety across all crews
