See Clearly Window Cleaning is hiring an Exterior Cleaning Technician in Milwaukie, OR. Pay at $23 - $27 per hour, plus performance pay and tips. You need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Most days you are outside, on a ladder, leaving a property looking better than you found it.
Who You Are:
You are hands-on and would rather be outside than behind a desk.
You take pride in the details, including the ones nobody asked you to handle.
You are dependable, and your crew knows the job gets done when you are on it.
You believe in doing the work right even when no one is watching.
You bring the strength to lift 50 lbs and steady footing on ladders and at heights, with safety gear provided.
You bring a home base within about 25 minutes of Milwaukie, or the willingness to make the drive.
You must be over the age of 18.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Clean windows inside and out at homes and businesses.
Run pressure washing jobs on siding, driveways, and walkways.
Set up and work safely from ladders using provided safety gear.
Load, unload, and maintain equipment at the start and end of each route.
Check in with customers on site before you leave.
