We’re looking for Appliance Repair Technicians in SE Connecticut who are excited to join a customer-focused, high-performance team. Whether you’re a recent graduate, have 1–2 years of hands-on technical experience, or are already skilled in appliance repair, you’ll find opportunities here to grow your career. What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances
- Deliver exceptional customer service during in-home visits
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Manage your daily service schedule with professionalism
- Represent our core values in every customer interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of technical experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical, or appliance repair) preferred — but we’ll train the right candidate
- Recent technical/trade school grads welcome
- For experienced candidates, we offer a sign-on bonus of $8000-15,000
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, residential)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
