How Pay Works
Paid hourly training during onboarding (you're not learning for free)
Pay transitions to commission once training benchmarks are completed
Most technicians earn $46,800-$78,000/yr depending on skill, productivity, and responsibility
No income cap. As your skills grow, you'll be trusted with more complex projects, greater responsibility, and higher earning opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
Pressure washing homes, driveways, decks, roofs, gutters, concrete, and commercial properties
Cleaning exterior windows using professional equipment
Protecting customer property before, during, and after every project
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring every client has a great experience
Working with your team to safely complete each day's schedule
Learning new skills, tackling more challenging projects, and growing into greater responsibility over time
What You Need
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to work outside in changing weather
Willingness to learn and follow safety rules (we're serious about this one)
Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
What the Job Is Really Like
This is an active, hands-on job. You'll spend your days outdoors working with your team, solving problems, helping customers, and seeing the results of your work at the end of every project.
Every day is different. Some projects are simple, while others are more challenging. If you enjoy staying active, learning new skills, and taking pride in doing quality work, you'll probably love it here.
