About this role
We’re Hiring: Account Manager (Remote anywhere in the US except WA, CA, or NY)
At HireBus, we’re transforming how home service businesses hire. We help business owners in the trades build better teams with AI-powered hiring software and recruiting expertise. We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives on client interaction, organization, and helping businesses succeed.
What You’ll Do:
-Onboard and manage client accounts, ensuring home service businesses succeed with our hiring platform
-Serve as the main point of contact for business owners, guiding them through hiring funnels and best practices
-Build strong relationships with clients and keep them engaged through video calls and ongoing support
-Use CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage accounts, track activity, and stay organized
-Collaborate with our internal team to deliver results and continually improve the client experience
Compensation & Benefits:
-Base salary: $60K-$80K per year
-Variable compensation opportunities (earnings can go higher with performance)

What you'll bring
Requirements
-High excitement for joining an early-stage company and using AI tools daily
-Tech fluency, especially with CRMs and video communication tools
-Comfort working directly with small business owners and decision-makers
-A people-first mindset - you get energy from client interactions and love to serve others
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
-Experience in recruiting, ideally in the trades or home services industry is a strong plus
