The opportunity

About this role

Tired of inconsistent leadership, no path forward, and companies that don't invest in their people?

So were we. That's why we built Wisconsota Painting differently.

We're a fast-growing, BBB-accredited painting company in Eau Claire looking for experienced painters and crew leaders who want to work alongside people who care as much as they do. If you take pride in clean lines and a clean job site, back up your teammates, and want steady year-round work with a real career path in front of you — we'd love to talk.

Company: Wisconsota Painting · Location: Eau Claire, WI · Employment Type: Full-Time W2 Employee
Pay: $60,000 to $85,000 per year
35–45 Hours Per Week + Bonus Opportunities

About Wisconsota Painting

Wisconsota Painting specializes in interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall, and commercial repaints — and we're known for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and 5-star customer experiences.

We're growing rapidly, and that growth is built on one thing: the people on our crews. We're not looking for bodies to fill trucks. We're building teams of craftsmen who hold each other to a high standard, communicate well, and want to be here for the long haul. When you join a Wisconsota crew, you're working with people who show up, do it right, and take the work seriously.

And because we've built a steady pipeline of residential and commercial work across Western Wisconsin, that work doesn't dry up in January. Steady, year-round hours — not a seasonal scramble.

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced painters with at least 1 year of professional painting experience

  • Team-oriented people who'd rather work alongside a good crew than go it alone

  • Crew leaders capable of leading and developing teams of 2–4 painters

  • Professionals who take pride in clean lines, clean job sites, and quality craftsmanship

  • Individuals who communicate well and represent the company professionally

  • People who want to do a good job — and want to work with others who feel the same way

  • People looking for a long-term career path, not just a job

What We're NOT Looking For

We'd rather be upfront now than waste your time. This probably isn't the right fit if you're:

  • Someone who prefers to work solo — every project here runs as a team

  • Someone who can't commit to a full, consistent workday

  • Someone looking to clock in, clock out, and coast

  • Someone who can't reliably get themselves to job sites, on time, every day

  • Someone who just wants a job rather than a career

If you read that list and thought "that's not me" — keep reading.
