What kind of people are you looking to hire?
We look for people who are reliable, motivated, and take pride in doing quality work. You don’t need years of experience, but you do need a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow systems and instructions. Our best team members are people who show up on time, communicate clearly, and care about doing things the right way—not just the fastest way.
Do I need experience in power washing or Christmas light installation?
No prior experience is required for most roles. We provide hands-on training and clear processes to help you succeed. That said, experience in construction, landscaping, trades, or outdoor work can be a plus. More important than experience is your willingness to learn, take feedback, and work safely and efficiently.
What is the work schedule like?
Our work is seasonal, with different demands throughout the year. Power washing operates primarily spring through fall Christmas light installation and removal runs heavily in the fall and early winter We value reliability and clear communication. Schedules are shared in advance, and we expect team members to show up ready to work when scheduled.
